Bft Now!

December 2016

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the last quarterly Challenge of the year (for the period running from September to November) took place.

The products in question were the Espas-30 parking systems.

Unfortunately, this time with a temperature of 87° we were unable to meet the Challenge target of 100°.

It was not a simple challenge, but congratulations to all for trying so hard.

And now a well-deserved break to start 2017, recharged and ready to achieve new goals!

On the occasion of the Bft Christmas dinner, awards were given to the departments that, during the year, submitted the three best ideas regarding our internal communications project "Bft Keep Talking".

These are the three winning ideas belonging to each of the three categories identified and the department that had the idea:

• A) Products, solutions & services - an idea from the Product Management Department.
An application for simplified programming of Bft operators.

• B) Communication, trade tools & training - an idea from the Training & Service Department.
Experiential communication of the benefits offered by Bft interconnectivity technology

• C) Bft Lifestyle & Career - an idea from the Communication, HR and Administration Office:
Flexible working hours.

For each winning idea, three people from the department that had the idea were drawn.

The lucky winners, who received a gift card worth € 400, were:

Product Management Department:
· Davide Borsato
· Lorenzo Magri
· Giampietro Nardello

Training & Service Department:
· Stefano Gaiarsa
· Francesco Garzotto
· Benjamin Dougousset

Communication, HR and Administration Office:
· Paola Bagatin
· Monica Vezzaro
· Ornella Visentin

A special award was also given the technical department for sending beahead@bft.it the most ideas.

They too received three gift cards worth € 400.

Bft is always seeking new goals, so we are pleased to offer you a preview of the new video regarding the crash test of the defence model "X-PASS B 275/800 C" anti-terrorism bollard able to withstand the impact of a 7.5 ton truck travelling at 50 km/h.

The test took place in Germany at the "CTS" agency which specialises in this type of test.
